Glitch9 sells prepaid credits used to launch cloud-gaming sessions. Because credits unlock a digital service that is delivered instantly, the following terms apply.
01Cancellations
You can stop using the service at any time — there is no recurring subscription to cancel for credit packs. Any unused credit balance simply remains on your account, and never expires.
02Refunds
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than a nominal amount of credit from that pack has been consumed.
- Credits already spent on completed gameplay sessions are non-refundable.
- If a session fails due to a verified fault on our infrastructure, the consumed credits are automatically returned to your balance.
03How to request a refund
Email support@glitch9.com from your registered address with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
